Ravin R26X XK7
The R26X XK7 answers a simple question: what if your crossbow vanished before the shot, not just after it? It is the compact R26X platform, all 26 inches of it, dressed head to toe in Kings’ XK7 camouflage. The pattern unites seven abstract shapes and textures drawn from North American terrain, and on a bow that measures just 5.75 inches wide cocked, the visual effect is of a floating scope and not much else.
Everything that makes the standard R26X a favorite carries straight over. The bullpup layout keeps the working parts tight against the shooter, the bow weighs 6.5 pounds, and it drives a 400-grain arrow at 400 feet per second with 142 foot-pounds of kinetic energy. Saddle hunters and smaller-framed shooters get a bow that handles more like a tool than a liability, and the silent cocking system, with its one-way bearing and mid-draw pause capability, means the moment of truth stays quiet.
Where the XK7 trim earns its keep is the optics. The included 100-yard illuminated scope carries the Speed Lock feature, a locking ring that fixes your fps adjustment in place once you have dialed it in. Anyone who has watched a bumped scope setting ruin a season-opening shot will understand why that small ring matters. The glass itself keeps the Ravin standard: 20 to 100 yard reticles, red and green illumination, fully coated lenses, and a housing rated for fog, shock, recoil and water.
Underneath, it is the familiar Ravin stack of HeliCoil cams rotating 340 degrees in perfect balance, the Versa-Draw cocking system at 12 pounds of effort, the Trac-Trigger system clasping the string’s precise center, and the Frictionless Flight system keeping arrow and string floating free of the rail. CNC-machined aluminum riser, quad-limb composite limbs, polymer soft-touch ambidextrous stock.
If you hunt pressured animals, tight timber or public land where every advantage compounds, the XK7 finish plus the Speed Lock scope makes this the most complete compact Ravin on the shelf.
